Native Australian strain, now farmed in East Java. Delicate flavour, turns red like coral when cooked. High survival rate during shipping. Importers love them.
Blue Moon
Striking blue shell, white meat. Very popular in Seoul and Singapore. Grows well in our volcanic water. Limited stock, always fresh.

We started 15 years ago as a small hatchery in Ketegan, Sidoarjo. Just a few ponds back then, with local seeds and lots of hope. Slowly we built more ponds, learned from failures, and figured out how to make lobsters grow big and healthy in our tropical water. No fancy technology, just hard work, clean water, and good feed. Today we run a family-owned operation with zero middlemen. Our lobsters go straight from our ponds to importers in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Singapore. No brokers, no third parties. Just us talking directly to you.
Minimum order is 1 metric ton. We pack them cool with oxygen, so they arrive moving, alive and fresh. Every box is checked before it leaves.
